Furthermore, we recommend that your try resetting your Wi-Fi gateway to original settings.

Heads up: Be sure to jot down your custom settings, like your static IP address if you have one, or your Wi-Fi® network name (SSID). You can then change them back after the factory reset.

Press and hold the gateway Reset button for at least 10 seconds. If you let go before 10 seconds, the gateway will reboot, but it won’t reset.
Wait until the gateway restarts and all the status lights are lit.
See if the Broadband or Service status lights are solid green. If so, the reset worked.

Find or change your Wi-Fi info

See how to reconnect your devices to your Wi-Fi network.
If you had a custom Wi-Fi network name or password before the factory reset, learn how to reset your Wi-Fi gateway to original settings.

After resetting your Wi-Fi gateway, please reconfigure IP Passthrough from our article and check.

If you want help from other customers, then calmly explain the issues. (be specific about symptoms, error messages, model of Gateway, what your connecting to it, any troubleshooting you've tried, etc.).

For official help, call AT&T when they are open. This is a public forum of other customers.

However if you have a problem with internet at McDonald's, then go somewhere else?
