Wireless signal weak Natick-Welleseley MBTA commuter rail

I Chose AT&T wireless due to its "excellent wireless coverage" while taking the commuter rail from Framingham into Boston. The map shows excellent coverage the entire journey. The problem is that there is poor to no coverage from Natick through all the Wellesley stops. This seems to represent more than a minor discrepancy, the coverage map and actual wireless signal are vastly different. It is true that there is a disclaimer in the fine print that actual wireless signal may vary but I would take that to mean LTE to 4g, not LTE to nothing. Given that AT&T must receive lots of complaints about this, why not just be honest about the coverage and show it like it really is? Frustrated in Framingham.

Howdy @Carey8686!

I regret you are having a hard time with coverage. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have with us. I am delighted to provide assistance!

This is certainly something which needs to be worked on, and I have the perfect answer for this case. AT&T’s Mark the Spot is made for these types of situations. This app is available for Apple, Android, Windows, and Blackberry products. The awesome thing about this app is you can submit direct feedback to our team of network engineers in real time. This lets us know where issues may be occurring and or areas we may need to look into.

I appreciate your time and letting me assist you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out. We are always here to help!
