Prepaid Help

Hi. My parents have been art customers for about 8 years and recently switched over to prepaid for a cheaper price and same great network. The only problem they have is there cellphones are 5 years old and don’t work well. Recently, I saw a promotion about a free Alcatel Tetra phone. Is there anyway Att would honor my parents recent port over prepaid and potentially give a free one to us. It would be really really appreciated. Thank you for the help.
