Nope, not wrong. You are misreading the chart. It is unlimited talk, just not to or from Mexico and Canada. If you really think it’s not unlimited, tell me where it says how many minutes you get? 

Above the chart it states:

Monthly phone plans include:

• Unlimited talk and text in the U.S.
• Unlimited text from the U.S. to over 100 countries
• Eligibility for Multi-Line Discount¹
• Discount when you enroll in AutoPay²

That applies to all monthly plans and again, there is no additional charge to receive any call, including international calls, on any monthly plan.
