Changing plan after payment

Hi!

I am currently on the $65 unlimited monthly plan. My plan renews at the end of the day today. Money has already been deducted from my card today. I was wondering if I can change to the $35/month plan instead. Is it possible to make that change and use the remaining balance for today's payment the next month?

Thanking you,

Liana

Yes, but do it before your plan renews!
If you wait until your plan renews it will take the full $65 and then will expect an additional 35 to pay for the new plan you selected

Ah it was always more than a platitude in my book. But it does have new meaning in the world.
