1 of the millions who have been approved for unlock, yet not received the unlock code

I am one of the majority who have request an unlock multiple times, been approved, and not been emailed the code.

I have tried using 3 different email providers, I have received EVERY email from AT&T EXCEPT the actual unlock code.

I have tried using Live Chat, then I was directed to call customer support. 

I called customer support, I was told if they were going to help me over the phone I was required to provide the account holders Social Security number, as well as the Account Number.

I find this completely ridiculous, and simply would like to get my friggen unlock code so I can use my phone.
