Accessibility to Facebook Messenger

I know that att can only see time/date/type but my wife pays the house cell bill and knows my pass code.  With that info is there anyway for att to give out more info?  Especially since I have a rooted phone.  She knows nothing when it comes to putting spyware, key logger, make a clone of my phone,  or any prog to view my activities on my phone; so no worry there.  Just asking since I know phone companies get their panties in wad over rooted phones (tough! I don't like being forced your Bloatware). TIA
