AT&T Auto Update Stuck in a loop...

I have a Samsung Note 3 and last night the ATT Update came through and asked if i wanted to install. I said remind me later as I havent had a chance to backup my phone since I'm out of town on vacation. This morning the update kicks in and gives me no option to cancel or postpone the update. It just starts running. NOW, My phone is stuck in some sort of boot/install loop. It installs and gets up to 100% and says Update Completed, screens turns black and nothing happens. I try to power it up and it repeats the install procedure all over again. The phone will not boot up properly now.

Im so frustrated as this update NEVER gave me a chance to deny the update today so that I have time to backup once i get home to a computer.
