Because those phones don't sell that well.  The pixel 3 and 3xl are fully supported by ATT as they get wifi calling and the lot.  Do I think ATT is stupid for being the only big us carrier not selling the pixel 3a/3axl heck yes....  I think ATT is thinking they get to dictate terms on what in on the device and google said NO.

Oneplus gets VoLTE but no wifi calling with the 6t only.

you can always sideload the apk for VVM...  I have not tried a pixel 3 since launch so I have no idea.

Nope, it wouldn’t work side loaded either.  In fact ATT even took away my caller ID provided by HiYa that was native to the phone.  You should definitely see if the Pixel can even get VVM.

I have the ATT VVM app loaded on my s10+ that is unlocked and it works.

The AT&T VVM app works perfectly.  I dislike having to go into phone app to access the built in VVM service on AT&T phones, so I’m just s happy it doesn’t work.  

I had an unlocked Galaxy S9 and got to experience a phone held back by their policies for unlocked phones, I was even unable to download their VVM app, just ridiculous.

Pixel cal be purchased on payments from google.  

For the Oneplus, I paid full price.
