device update
Hello
when I try to update my phone device on my samsung s5 it would always fail this never happen to me before when I first got the phone It will process the update. it will say loading to 31% then update fail or reboot device and fail what can I do???

You need to insure you are on a good wifi connection and I suggest you you do a reboot prior to attempting to download the update. Also, this will take a long time to download as it is 1.4gb in size.

Have you tried to factory reset the phone?
I would backup with Kies, factory reset, restore, update. You could also try to restore after you update but I found that the installed apps would need to be redownloaded as for some reason they did not reinstall this time for me when I restored.
