@Alaxson Samsung sells a dual sim note 10, and it will get VoLTE, but no Wifi calling and other services may be hampered as well.
Why do you need dual sim?

@Alaxson There are 2 versions of the dual-sim Note 10+ (SM-N975F/DS, which uses the Exynos chip, and SM-N9750/DS, which uses Snapdragon). The specs for the different versions are here: https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note10+-9732.php
You may need to search outside the US to buy either of them, though.
