Email App problems after updating Galaxy S5 to 4.4.4

After updating my Galaxy S5 to 4.4.4, I can no longer open the Email App(NOT the gmail app). It opens to a black or sometimes white screen and after 10-20 seconds, the app force closes. I have already restarted and taken the battery out.

 

What are my other options?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can try a couple of troubleshooting steps to try and fix this.

Go to Settings>Applications>Application manager>All then find the E-mail app. Clear the cache and tell us if this helps.

 

If it does not, do the same thing but clear the data for the app. You will need to re-add the accounts you have on the app.
