Help this dummy get mobile data working!

Okay let's just assume I know less than nothing and need everything explained in the most basic possible form... I have a Samsung Galaxy tab E. I have PokémonGo. I would like to catch something more than 5 feet from my house. With absolutely 0 idea of how to actually get my tablet to produce Internet for myself and others wherever I walk. THAT'S WHAT I NEED TO KNOW PLEASE. I am a dummy, but please help. XD

Is your tablet capable of using cellular internet? Do you have a SIM card and data plan for the tablet?

Well, if you absolutely want to play PokémonGo on a tablet, the first thing you will need is a tablet with cellular capability, not a wifi only tablet. Most people play on their cell phones, is that not an option for you?

My tablet is my only option. All my friends play the game and I've gone
through youtube to try finding answers myself, but to no avail. I know my
device is capable of it because I saw people on YouTube doing exactly what
I am aiming for. I've never owned a cell phone so idk really much of
anything when it comes to plans and service providers or whatever the heck
entails lol

I'm not familiar with your tablet so not sure how to determine whether it is wifi only or wifi and cellular capable. Presuming that it is, a prepaid plan will likely work best for you. Prepaid data plans for tablets are here: https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/gophone-tablet.html

I got a "Free" tab E from ATT and it is cell capable if designed to be.    You would need to go to ATT and get a data only plan for it.  Pokémon go requires you have cell service so you can get alerts when you are near a Pokémon.

For a tablet only, you want prepaid data only package.  Check this page (scroll down)

Tonight I will make my attempt to make this happen then! My device is on
the compatability list the website offers. Just one more inquiry though if
I may.
But on YouTube I saw the guy using my device with unlimited data. Is there
an easy method for me to have unlimited for a month? Or will I have to
strick with the $25 prepaid stuff? Lol
