Missing Features on Note 3 after Lollipop Update

I updated my Note 3 to Lollipop yesterday and after playing around I cannot find some of the features Lollipop is supposed to have.

I cannot find priority mode/interruptions. I have tried going to settings>sounds¬ifications>interruptions ... but there is no interruptions option there.

Additionally I can't find anything about how to make user accounts or pin an app. I've done numerous google searches but it seems no one has posted a fix for this.

Additionally I have some sort of glitch, I have additional information turned off for my lock screen - but there is still a weather bar on my lock screen which is very annoying.

Any insight would be great!

Interruptions removed by Samsung in 5.0.1

User mode is not enabled on the Samsung phones with Lollipop

You can just turn off weather notifications ( settings, sound and notification, application notification and set weather app to "off")
