my samsung galaxy s9 freezes on at&t logo

I have an at&t samsung galaxy s9. after I have done factory reset. 

My phone does not reboot normally instead freeze on at&t logo forever.

Welcome to the Community Forums! Not being able to power a device on all the way is quite concerning. I would love to assist you and get your device back to working order!


Since the device is freezing on the AT&T logo screen, an alternate factory reset may fix this. For instructions on this, please visit our Device Support page. Select your make and model > Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Reset Device > Follow steps 4-7.


If this does not help, you can try taking the device into a Samsung Experience Shop inside Best Buy stores. Here, they can provide hands-on troubleshooting to resolve your device issue.
