Samsung fail

This started with my phone and shortly afterwards my wife's started as well. I would send text and go about my day as usual and then I would discover my text never sent and I was not receiving calls or text. I could reboot and the text would go out and I would receive the incoming. The calls would show up as missed calls. We are now experiencing this on 3 of 4 lines. I have exhausted tech support. The device and sim card have been replaced.  The ROM has been flashed at BestBuy. Tech support said no one else is reporting trouble with their S4, but I met a lady in line for support who had exactly the same issues. Is anyone else suffering from this?

 

Bought a Nexus 4 on eBay and the issues have stopped. I am blaming Samsung or At&t for my devices not working.

If you still have any phones with this issue, you can try running it in safe mode for few hours, (http://tinyurl.com/q8wkud9) to ensure that an app is not negatively affecting the phone.

At&t finally replaced the phones. It is now a known issue with Samsung S4 and some other models. Should not have taken At&t 2 1/2 months to take care of us.

Download a good virus protection app and should be fine.
