Samsung Galaxy Express Prime (go phone)

My Samsung Galaxy Express Prime (at&t go phone) with the $2 a day plan will not receive text codes from my bank for money transfers and other banking needs. All other text and pic functions work as normal. 

Called the at&t help line, the bank...nobody seems to have an answer. Anyone?
