Samsung Rugby III won't block calls
I've added phone numbers to the reject list on my Samsung Rugby III but the calls still ring through to the phone instead of being sent to voicemail. Why doesn't this feature work?

I've added phone numbers to the reject list on my Samsung Rugby III but the calls still ring through to the phone instead of being sent to voicemail. Why doesn't this feature work?

Problem solved.
Even though the documentation says that adding a call to the reject list will cause the call to be sent to voicemail, there is an additional required step that is unfortunately not mentioned in the "reject list" documentation for the phone. It is also not mentioned in the ATT "how to block calls" tutorial found here: https://www.att.com/devicehowto/tutorial.html#!/interactive/id/interactive_1000608463?make=Samsung&model=RugbyIIIA997
You must also go to Menu -> Settings -> Calls -> Voice Calls -> Call Restrictions -> Incoming calls -> Block Reject List and activate that last item.
