Sound Cuts out on S7 Active

I have seen a lot of posts about sound cutting out on the s7 active, but no good solution. Well, I found the issue. It is a hardware issue. I can turn my external speaker on and off at will by applying gentle pressure on opposite corners of the phone. This is my 2nd S7 active. I exchanged the 1st for the same problem. I am surprised no one else has noticed this, but I bet others with sound problems have same issue. All the different methods of changing settings appear to work because when you handle your phone it tweaks back into proper state to fix whatever contact/connection issue exist within the hardware.

Would love to get a properly working phone, but unsure how I can do so without buying a new one despite it being a design flaw or paying $200 for an inurance claim on again what is a design flaw. Any ideas? Anyone else with an S7 that has sound problems that can test this?

Thanks

I have the exact issue with mine, and manipulating the pressure on the corners fixes mine temporarily as well. Extremely frustrsting. I dont want to exchange mine because a replacement will have same issue.

I too have this problem. Seems to happen randomly.  Haven't found any solution that permanently fixes it. Talking to support is an insult to my intelligence with their "solutions" being read off a script.
