Troubleshoot samsung galaxy s4 volume and power issues
My ringtone volume turns down randomly by itself and some time my phone will just shut off and won't come back on until I take the battery out and power it back on. Any help?

Hi there! @deannatucker11 Thanks for posting your phone concerns. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had problems with the volume and device powering down.
Since you’ve already performed a hard reset by pulling the battery, we’d recommend backing up your phone and doing a factory reset. For steps on this please visit us at www.att.com/devicehowto/ and select the make and model of your phone. On the left column you’ll find steps to back up the phone under backup and restore and reset steps under troubleshooting and reset device.
