Unable to access phone
After software update, noticed new features and was browsing through and made change to what I think was Smart Screen where it tells you with a voice what each thing is on the screen or any button you touch. Now that is all it does and will not take my pin to gain access to the phone. I do not know what I did exactly or how to cut it off so that I can now use the phone again. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy A01 Thank you for any help you can provide.

Thank you very much that was what I needed. Unfortunately I followed the advice of another forum expert and now I can't get the phone to turn on at all. However, this was the solution I was seeking. I just hope others see your response should this happen to them. Thank you again.
