Why has visual mesages disapear

My cellphone word prediction disappear also ny cell pin was chage

My pictures keep disapearing

Somebody keeps texting me with insults loan aprovals and pick up ups delivery packages horrible videos and mesages are being send to my 15 year and evrebody on The contract keeps getting the sane problems.

Our cellphones ask for updating every 3 5 hours same day. Many of our numbers are getting block

Msg pin has also change and nobody can retrieve them.

I been calking for help it rerouts ti some racist ride ignorant guy who acts extremly ignorant i recorded oyr 145 min conversation ge never solve anything

Be careful when clicking on links in emails and text messages.
Install, use, and regularly update anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
Make sure your operating system (OS) has all the latest security updates.
Check online accounts for unauthorized activity.
Review trusted online sources for information on protecting your computer.

To defend yourself against texting scams; don’t click on any text message asking for your personal info or your credit card details.

Report SMiShing right away! Here’s how:

Forward the suspicious text to us at 7726. Messages forwarded to 7726 are free. They don't count toward your text plan. If you can’t see the number, forward the entire message to abuse@att.net.
Report spam and fraud text to us.
Send a suspicious text message to the Anti-Phishing Working Group at reportphishing@apwg.org, or report it to the FTC.
Go to IdentityTheft.gov to learn more about this kind of criminal activity and how to stop it.

We also recommend dowloading our AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app which scans your mobile device and all apps for malware. IIf you select Monitor File Settings, mobile security also constantly checks your files for anything suspicious.

I need to know how can i find out if my cellphones are being hacked?

I just dont see why atat would continually change my passwords and pin to unlock the cell and niw my visual mesages is off and pin has also change on 4 lines is becoming a nightmare
