conditional Call forwarding on Nexus/GPE phones

I have htc one m8 GPE (Google play edition) Marshmellow. Before upgrading to M i was able to (conditional) call forward to my google voice number.

But recently I have not been able to (conditional) call forward to my google voice.

I have tried these dialing (considering my 10 digit phone number = 1234567890)

**004*11234567890#

from my phone. I get following error.

"Call forwarding

Connection problem or invalid MMI code."

Call Forwarding error

I have also tried phone app> setting > calls > Call forwarding > enter my number

I get following error

"Call settings error

Unexpected response from network"

Call Setting erro

Hi @fireashes!

So sorry to hear about the CCF error you’re getting on your M8 GPE. While a factory reset or a SIM replacement should fix the issue, the easiest thing to do will be to send us a private message with your full name, mobile number, and device IMEI. We’ll contact you for authorization to add CCF on the back end. However, if we do it that way, we would also have to remove it when the time comes. If CCF is something you turn on and off frequently, you might want to consider the factory reset/SIM replacement. You can pick up a free SIM and have it activated at your local AT&T store.

Thanks!

Alison
