Secure Family App

Why is it not showing any activity when I’ve seen him using his phone?

Hello Sbrown912, we're here to help look into why the Secure Family app is not showing any activity when the phone is being used.

 

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Uninstall then reinstall the app. Update the app and the device.
  • Go into device settings, then go to your apps, scroll down to Secure Family click Secure Family, then click Storage. At the bottom of Storage screen select clear cache and clear data. 
  • Check your phone's pairing with the Secure Family Companion.
