Address Finally on Map

OK, So I tried  to get U verse about 2 months ago and my address came up as not serviceable but to keep checking back because they are expanding their service area out my way s, so I became a constant caller and finally i got the info that I am now on the map but my address has still not been updated in the system, so I pacify myself by looking at the map and see my house and click on the house icon and yes that's my address that pops up, so a week later a I try to order U verse and still my address is not serviceable, I email social support and they have created an address validation tiket. My question is how long approximately will it take before I can before my address is updated as serviceable and if I can get 1 U verse service can I get them all?
