AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So, I hope someone from AT&T can get this back to her but when I joined over the phone my experience was awesome and the move to AT&T Uverse was seamless. Her name was Crystal and I failed to take the survey in time, but I'm so glad I asked for her employee ID# it is CB1113.

 

She was extremely professional, and yet it was like talking to a friend. She answered all my questions and took the time to find information I had questions on she didn't know, quickly, with me still on the phone.

 

I'd also like to say, I'm EXTREMELY happy with AT&T Uverse. I'm pleased with the package that I have and with everything about it. I just finished my first 30 days as of yesterday. Team UVERSE.

 

I hope someone gets this back to Crystal; Employee # [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]. Wolverine is my childhood hero.
