billing adjustment due to U-verse/internet outage last month?

I was without U-verse TV and internet for about 9 1/2 days last month.  Will there be a billing adjustment for lack of service for more than a week?

You need to call in.  If they can verify an outage, they will credit your account accordingly.

I am being charged for four receivers and I do not have any.
