Billing

I need someone to contact me regarding my  account billing. I tried on the chat got disconnected.  My account number is (Edited to remove personal information) and the bill is $100 more than last month and my TV service has been off for a month with this nextstar business. I'll be available tomorrow morning between  8 and 10 am at (Edited to remove personal information)
