Can't get any tv uverse, just get message Top Set box does not match account settings?

Send out a technician as Ive gotten a new modem, 2 new receivers and still can't get any signal or uverse tv!This is ongoing for a month! All I keep getting is Account is unavailable. The Set Top Box does not match on account settings!
