Childhood hero - really?

It sickens me to have to make a simple call to AT&T.  This multi-factor authentication is ridiculous - I don't go through this to get access my bank accounts. They claim it is to protect the consumer - NOT! It is to protect them. It is clear they don't trust their own employees and processes so they make it impossible for a consumer to do business with them.  And if you happen to have multiple AT&T services (cell, tv, internet), you are screwed.

AT&T is a perfect example of a company who has gotten too big. They cant and have not scaled and consumers pay the price.    AppleTV, Amazon Firestick.....here I come!

Process and Procedure, agents you talk to just follows a script. It's like the crew in Mcdonalds "Do you want fries with that?" my bank ask a lot of things to me too, pin passcode previous activity. BOTH parties are protected. Yeah firestick same thing you need either netflix account which if you call will need to verify your account send verification code on your phone or email that is before you can even log in and it has a limited time to use those details plus you can't leave it logged in on one device it auto log outs after few mins of inactivity that means you need to do the same process again same with Apple TV you don't pay for the Apple TV monthly but you pay for the content, just like my brand new Sony TV I paid for it once but I pay to watch shows "content".
