E billing notification

i was never notified that i was enrolled into their e-billing program. Like a dummy i was sitting at home waiting for a paper bill to arrive. As a result i was charged a $49 restoral of service fee after i paid my paper bill along with two $9 late payment fees. Add to that i was even charged a $47 cancellation fee just to cancel my home phone to lower my bill since i wasnt even using it. The guy at their loyalty program bold faced lied to me and claimed it had 911 emergency available on it and tried get me to pay an extra five bucks a month for it. Yet their own paperwork stated no 911 available. Yet that was his selling point just to get a lousy extra five bucks a month out of me. Complete garbage company with garbage service. The hd videos take forever to download and hd tv channels i stream constantly stop on me. I wasnt even waved the installation fee. I have had att internet since november and its been nothing but a nightmare for me. They are so greedy and eager to rob poor people like me on a budget and could care less about you. not to add what they did was criminal fraud felony charge. Needless to say they can keep the money. I have decided to no longer continue my service with att and am already shopping around for new internet service. I bet if i tell them im an att customer looking to switch over they will waive any installation fee. I would highly discourage anyone from signing up for att. They are a big scam company who are out to get your money, like the mafia they will shake you down for money. All they do is make excuses and once they got your money they dont care after that. All they do is make excuses and watch them reply to this doing the same. ATT you can keep the money i no longer want your service and will notify you after i have a new service installed to formally cancel my service. For other companies reading this please mail me any offers you have for the northside of chicago, provided you offer free installation for switching.

And to att reading, unless you are prepared to credit to my future billing all the fees i paid AND waive my $99 installation fee by crediting that to my account and future billing we are done with each other and im gone by the end of the month when i call in to formally and officially cancel my account.

RCN Cable is looking really good to me right now.

I accidentally clicked the resolved link and still I have not heard a word from att regarding my complaint. I even followed that link you posted and did what you asked. no one from att has contacted me. I guess you don't want my businesses. either credit me my money or I walk. it's as simple as that.

I have done all that you have asked and all im getting is a run around. You know what keep the money if its that important to you. Dont come crying in july when i have new service!!!
