How do I get incompetent "customer service" representatives fired? LIKE IF YOU AGREE!

Maybe if AT&T fires enough of them, they'll eventually be forced to actually hire some competent ones and train them.

Seriously it seems like AT&T's goal is to just accomplish nothing and hope you'll give up watching tv because you don't feel like spending your entire day on the phone with india/the philippines.  

@ATTCares i find it insulting that at&t pretends to care.  Don't spit on my face and tell me it's raining.
