How to stop receiving someone else's bill?
Hello ATT Community,
For months now I have been receiving a bill for another ATT user. I assume this user accidentally used my email for her electronic billing notification.
For a while it wasn't an issue. I wasn't an att user and could simply block the email. Two months ago I became an ATT user, and had to unblock ATT emails. I asked the ATT technitian and talked to two att support staph via phone and multiple via chat about the issue. They all said it would be taken care of. Nothing has been done, and I am still receiving Mary Torres' ebills.
My hypothesis is that ATT tech users are not held responsible to follow-through on issues like this, and it has been ignored. Any advice on how to get this resolved finally?
Email I'm receiving:

Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.
Let them investigate. They are a group dedicated to assisting posters on this forum.
