Incoming phone numbers recorded

In the past uverse used to have a channel where you could check incoming phone calls throughout the day. Is this feature still available?

Glad to address your inquiry about caller ID for U-verse TV, A4146173415.

 

This feature is in deed still available. Try turning it off, then back on to get it to work again. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to your myAT&T Account overview and choose My digital phone.
  2. Select My voicemail & phone features then Phone Features.
  3. Choose Caller ID on TV.
  4. Select On or Off.
  5. Select Save.

Here's some additional information for you:

  • You must subscribe to both AT&T Phone and U-verse TV for caller info to display on your TV.
  • If you're recording a program on your DVR when a Caller ID notification appears, the notification won't be recorded.
  • If you're watching a recorded program when a call comes in, it will display on your TV screen.
  • If you receive a call that has blocked its Caller ID, it won’t display on your TV.
