Is The Formally Known As Twitter (Now X) @ATTHELP Customer Service Group No Longer Active ?

Previously whenever I had an issue with something related to an at&t service that I was paying for I would send a direct message to the customer service team located at this address: https://twitter.com/ATTHelp , and of course I knew I always had a backup site  https://forums.att.com/ here if needed. A few days ago I did what I've always done in the past and sent a direct message, but this time was different because at least so far I've yet to receive any kind of response from a member of that group, that's why I'm posting my question here in the community forums.
