I've never received my promotional $200 Rewards as was promised. Address to send a complaint?

 

I’ve subscribed to an ATT bundle offer on June 30th 2017 : Mobile phone + UVerse TV + Hone Internet.

 

Part of reason-why I subscribed was a $200 reward offered as an entry gift, transferred within 6-8 weeks as the ATT promotion said.

 

At that day I still haven’t received the $200 reward.

 

Since July 2017, I’ve been regularly spending time to call or chat with ATT representatives to get the reward. Always promised yet never received.

 

This bad customer experience is terribly disappointing as it seems ATT lies to its clients and does not hold to the commitments that help ATT to recruit new customers.

 

Today I’m solemnly asking ATT to immediately transfer me the $200 reward as credit on my ATT billing invoice as committed and written on Bundle promotion. 

Otherwise I will have no other choice than amplifying that bad experience on social media to warm other clients of ATT dishonesty,

 

As well, I'm asking otters client to share with me mail address and email address to send our complaint,

They should compensate you more than the  $200, for the time, and headache of trying to get what was promised!  If customers sign a contract, companies expect them to do what they promised, but,  they don't follow through on their end.. I hope you get this resolved soon, I too, have experienced dishonesty since becoming a customer of theirs.  I'm assuming part of the employee training is to lie, lie, and lie. If that fails, transfer customers to another representative, to lie again..lol

I am going through the same issue since july i called in august to see where my smartwatch and 200 gift card was (promised when i signed up for uverse) and they told me i would get it in november. Just called back now and they told me its expired! I never got anything and the order number for the watch was a bogus number when i called att&t..[edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] [Edited to comply with Guidelines]

We were promised by a At&T representative a $200.00 Visa card for each phone line(three) we got and also a discount on our internet service but until now we haven't got neither the Visa card or the discount and every time we called him he always gives an excuse or don't answer at all.  Besides he asked for our old phones.
