Did you try logging into your account online at https://www.att.com/my/#/login? The option was there awhile back and I just got my latest bill with the $20 credit.

Called AT&T regarding not having CBS and News Nation. Was given $10 Credit on my next bill.
Everyone needs to call and get a refund.
Get the money and put a dent in their purse.
