redeeming U-verse Amazon Prime Promo ??
how do i actually get the amazon prime reward on recent U-verse promotion. We had the installation done, but no one at At&T is able to tell me what happened to the prime promotion, that i have on my order summary.

Hi @satyendu,
You should be receiving an E-mail that will go over the details on how to redeem your Amazon Prime subscription. I was able to find this in our information over the Amazon Prime and U-verse bundle:
Online registration thru Amazon required to receive Amazon Prime. Redemption email with registration instructions will be emailed to customers after installation of qualifying U-verse services. Valid credit card is required at time of registration if Amazon does not already have one on file. If an existing Prime member, the included year will be added to the end of your existing subscription.
If you do not receive an E-mail, you can check in the rewards center for the promotion. Here is more information about the rewards center, including a contact us button at the bottom of it where you can get in contact with someone if any further questions.

You can't, you must use another way to connect to Amazon Prime Videos.
That a look here there are many ways to watch Amazon Prime on your TV but not using the u-verse box.

Hi, I have ordered $39 Bundle Offer with HBO® Included + 1 yr of Amazon Prime and was installed one week before. But I have not received any emails about Amazon Prime redeem.... So how long will take about this email come after installation? Thanks

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your Amazon Prime situation.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

I called and they told me it takes 24-48 hours. I now have Amazon Prime but can't seem to figure out how to watch it from my TV. How do we watch Amazon Prime with the u-verse box?
