Rewards Cards EXPIRED
Hi. I have 2 rewards cards that I received for getting ATT services. I was just about to use them and notice that they are now expired. How can I go about getting a replacement for these cards. I didn’t even know they expired. I will know better for next time. Please help!!

We'd love to help point you in the right to get the needed help with your expired reward card, @Jortiz20.
Did you get a visa card or a gift card? Gift cards does not need to be activated and never expires, but the visa card needs to be activated and expires 6 months after issuance.
To get the needed help, we suggest that you reach out to the reward team at 800 288 9983 7:00am to 7:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday.

ATT HELP, that is a lame answer. there is no help for this issue. Horrible program. Either get rid of the program and quit disappointment customers or get rid of the expiration date.
