Uverse app to my Fire Stick
I added the Uverse app to my Fire Stick and when I attempt to login I get "error authenticating please try again". This error happens on both my fire stick and fire tv. I can login just fine on the computer but have never been able to access Uverse on the fire stick. My login and password have been checked and rechecked and they are not the issue. What can I do to gain access to Uverse on my Fire Stick?

Let's get you into your U-Verse TV app, @RRetired2020!
Since you are unable to access your U-Verse account via your Fire Stick, let's have you reset the password on your account. The reason for this is that it will re-sync your account in our internal system. Doing this can sometimes alleviate the error you are receiving.

I reset my password and tried several times to log in through the app. same message "error authenticating please try again".
I also deleted the app and reinstalled it.... same error
