Very sad

Disappointed, Disillusioned, Today on August 1/2015 at 12:37pm(e.t) AT&T customer service make me feel like nothing as a client and as a person, today the costumer service representative by the name Yolanda located in California state to me: I have to hang up with you because I'm spending to much time talking with you, as my supervisor advice (Juan). You should not treat a person like that, not a costumer, any human be in, When I be loyalty all this year to your company and I always give best reference to family and friends. What's is the best way to fallow, report this?. Thanks

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends, FB Twitter Social Media Managers), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done and gone above and beyond for me.
