Where's my $150.00 reward? rewards center rep lied to me.

Really, Your service is terrible.

I talked with ATT Reward center several time.

And they lied to me finally.

Before, I had claimed ATT reward center that i never received my reward card.

They said it already sent to address which i don't know.

Moreover every reward balance was used by someone.

Is it my fault?

Important thing is you guys sent reward card wrong address.

I claimed this things and then she, reward rep., said that she will send new rewards card with full balance.

but, i have received negative $-7.00 reward card.

Are you kidding me?

There is nothing to do to solve this thing??

Just report to police??

It is terrible experience. hua..

@luxbjk Contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your reward card problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on. Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
