6 Days - ATT Uverse not resolved issue
6 Days ago a technician came to repair issues I was having with my Uverse. The technician came bay spent two hours plugging, unplugging, moving and resetting receivers and finally came to the conclusion a receiver was faulty. He committed to coming the next day with a replacement receiver. This is day 6 - he is not responding to my calls - in his last text he said a manager would call me and no calls as yet. I called the UVerse customer service help desk and asked to speak to the supervisor - I was told a supervisor would call and no call.
The most frustrating part is in all the changes the technician made on day 1 he interuppted my work VPN for my home office,
How can I reach the CXO of Uverse to bring this up as an issue??
