Another Missing Equipment Charge

I absolutely followed every direction in returning my equipment via FedEx Smartpost and somehow AT&T didn’t receive my equipment and I’m all of a sudden being charged for missing equipment that I turned in per their instructions. Talk about the most incompetent CS and the most money hungry scam of a company. How much money are they receiving from former subscribers with this scam? How many people give up their claims and pay because their CS doesn’t care about customer satisfaction? I’ve had SO many issues with their service and used them for two years before cancelling. I’m going to fight to get my money back and will escalate however long it takes.

Hopefully you have your shipping/tracking proof, then you shouldn't have any problems.

I’ve never heard of returning equipment via fedex. Did you get a receipt from fedex with a tracking number or reference number? Have you confirmed fedex delivered the equipment? If you did, give cs those numbers. I had the same thing happen with a ups returned item. Gave the reference number to cs and the charge was removed.

FedEx was added as a return point awhile back.

Return your Equipment

Where to take your equipment

No need to pack anything. Just bring your unboxed equipment and 9-digit account number to a FedEx Office or The UPS Store. Don’t know your account number? Look on your bill, or find it now. Or, no FedEx Office® or The UPS Store® near you? Chat with us, when available, to discuss other return options.
  • FedEx Office or The UPS Store will pack and ship your equipment back to us at no charge to you.
  • You’ll get a receipt that confirms your return and immediately tells us that your equipment is on its way.
