Connecting wireless isb7005 to newer 4971 WAP
Hi, I cannot get the receiver to talk to each other. The wireless TV receiver ask for a WPS connection vs. using the sync on the back. Anything special to get them to work together?

The 4971 is not a U-verse TV WAP, it is an extender for use with the Gateway for conventional network connections. You will not get the ISB7005 to pair with it.

The acceptable Uverse TV WAPs are the original taco shell design 401 and the 2nd gen 501 or 2500.
Note the 401 can only support max (2) wireless receivers and both have to be 1st gen 7005.
