Cutting Out My Uverse TV Service

If I have UVerse TV disconnected, can I return the PACE 5268 gateway (router) along with two receivers (one for a small non-internet ready TV with a coax only antenna connection, and the other with a DVR?)  I'm mostly watching streaming channels through Roku.  Are there routers or adapters for TVs with the coax only TV, like a second Roku device? I was told by AT&T that I couldn't get AT&T TV (their new streaming service) because we don't have fiber optic cable in my area, but I thought we did, and looked at a service of all providers map which indicated that we do have a fiber connection (or at least capability).  Otherwise, I'll get YouTube TV for the few broadcast channels that I seldom watch.
