DVR and HG acting up

I'm having an issue where my vip1216 DVR keeps going into a reboot loop.  When it gets stuck I do a factory reset (losing all my DVR data) and it begins working again, but this sems to be going on every couple weeks, done it 3 times already...I've also noticed that my voice quality on the viop lines gets dropouts and bad connections it seems sometimes...

I apologize... I had added them as tags to the post but not in the post text itself...I have a VIP1216 DVR and a 3800HGV-B Home Gateway...I 've had service now about 5-6 years

Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse DVR reboot service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on. Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
