DVR box
A few months ago, my set-top box started dropping my recorded programs.
I contacted customer support and was sent a VIP1200 box, I believe is from 2005.
My old DVR was a VIP 2262 V2. I have been a customer for over 14 yrs. I feel I should have a newer DVR, maybe model 8010, or 8110
I do not want to go to Spectrum, Att service has always been outstanding. I will not be going to ATT TV.

The 1200 is s standard receiver, not a DVR... to my knowledge only the 2262 is available for inventory which is the equivalent of the 8010 / 8110 as all three have the 1T hard drive.
The 2250 and 8005 had 500G hard drive.

I don't understand why they would send me a standard receiver, when my issues were with my DVR.
