Internet technician changed my wifi. Now my receiver displays "Account unavailable. This Set Top Box does not match the account settings."
This afternoon an AT&T Internet technician changed my wifi. Now my U-Verse receivers display "Account unavailable. This Set Top Box does not match the account settings."
I've restarted the Wifi gateway, and I've restarted the receivers. Same message. Halp!

The receiver has nothing to do with the gateway wifi...
How many receivers do you have?
If more than one, are the other(s) working?
The message means that receiver is no longer assigned to your account...
Did you cancel IPTV service?
Did you or support ask to ship replacement receiver? If yes, did you provide the person with the last (4) digits of the GUI located on bottom of receiver?
This will likely take a tech dispatch to swap equipment as current equipment is "dirty" due to try to activate on account not authorized. Either the unit needs "cleaning" or replacing....
