KQED (Channel 9 in San Francisco Bay Area) listings are wrong in the Uverse guide
The Masterpiece Theatre Poldark mini-series is running on KQED Channel 9 (San Francisco) Sundays at 9pm, but the Uverse DVR guide shows it as Sundays at 10pm. And there are many other discrepancies. I contacted KQED, which answered: "We sent our correct KQED June schedule to all the major listings services and paid signal providers apx May 10th. I've been flooded with complaints about AT&T's guide for the last week or so. ... let them know that Comcast Cable and other provider services had everything listed correctly, and they all got their info at the same time."
Please fix this!

Well, sadly U-Verse does not have a "Guide Department" or a "Guide corrections unit." The station submits the guide data to the "Guide provider," which in turn, electronically transmits it to U-Verse and the viewers. From what I understand, hands do no touch it on AT&T's end. The Guide Provider, FYI TV, has been said to be a third rate outfit 😉 but I can't see them modifying it either.
Do the listings in another avenue (such as TitanTV or TV Guide) match U-Verse's or KQED's?
Since this is a subscriber to subscriber forum, I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you (and hopefully KQED and the Guide Provider).

I also tried to record Met Opera's Merry Widow off U-verse schedule and ended up with Echoes of Creation. What is going on, and I think Att needs to figure out how to get us the things we missed by using their own schedule...
